Modern extension and loft conversion to create a stunning family home.

The existing house was extended to the rear, to create an amazing open plan Kitchen/Dining/Family space, with full height sliding doors opening out into the garden. The roof of the extension projects out to provide shelter to the decked area, creating an outdoor living area and plenty of space to entertain.

The loft space was also converted to create additional Bedroom space, with additional Shower Room. A new stair was installed, with rooflights added to allow natural daylight into landing.
